Full Time New Product Introduction Engineer to support Technical teams in the scale-up and licensing of new technologies.

This person will be responsible for working closely with:

  • Technology licensees to:
    • Plan, direct, and manage the successful implementation of internally-scaled production processes
    • support successful setup and transfer of scaled production processes
    • Travel to work on-site at a technology licensee's production facility, as needed
    • Support the debugging of production processes and equipment
  • Nanoramic Technical teams to:
    • finalize designs
    • support and guide in the design, development, documentation, assembly, and/or test engineering disciplines
    • helping to identify production scale equipment
    • prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes
    • analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.
  • the Nanoramic Manufacturing team to:
    • set up pilot-scale production lines
    • manage and implement design changes
    • schedule production builds
    • manage inventory
    • create workflows and process documentation
    • manage of technicians
    • coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Science Preferred

3-5 Years in a manufacturing and product field

  • Background in Design for Manufacture
  • Successfully implementing scaled production processes and equipment
  • Experience in batteries, materials, ultracapacitors is a strong plus
  • Experience with high volume production


We offer a total estimated compensation package of $98,000 - $126,000 (comprised of a base salary of $75,000 - $97,000 + up to 30% potential bonus based on meeting divisional and company KPIs which is paid out quarterly.) We offer health, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off plus one week for year-end vacation.
