We are looking for a responsible Senior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in a timely and professional manner. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.

The Senior Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies.

Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support 8 C-Suite Level Executives
  • Coordinate daily calendars
  • Plan appointments and events
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Boo travel
  • Take meeting notes
  • Facilitating executive meetings
  • Coordinate Board Meetings
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed


Job Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience required; 10+ years of experience preferred in supporting C-Level Executives
  • Highly organized
  • Detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure


We offer a total estimated compensation package of $59,000 - $73,200 (comprised of a base salary of $49,000 - $61,000 + up to 30% potential bonus based on meeting divisional and company KPIs which is paid out quarterly.) We offer health, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off plus one week for year-end vacation.
