Nanoramic Labs is looking for a Marketing and Multimedia Coordinator to support the Marketing team and perform a variety of functions in a fast-paced startup environment. This position markets product by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports. This position will be responsible for the tactical execution of marketing strategies. In addition, this person will help to create multimedia marketing content including videos and webinars. Other types of content creation include banner ads, email marketing campaigns, and datasheets. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and a master of all digital media, who is creative and self-motivated to produce high-quality graphic materials, photos, and videos that tell impactful stories and promote the vision and mission of Nanoramic Labs.

The majority of work for this position can be done remotely, but employee must be able to come into the office as needed.

Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Coordinate trade shows (virtual and in-person)
  • Record video and assist with production
  • Manages multiple projects and team efforts simultaneously in an effective and efficient manner under tight deadlines. Understand how to manage time appropriately
  • Complying with our corporate standards to present a consistent appearance and style for external marketing communications, including qualification packages, advertisements, and awards submission
  • Support preparation of marketing initiatives from the initial stage to final production and delivery
  • Attend marketing/advertising planning meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly
  • Updates current marketing materials according to needs and creates new material and content as needed.
  • Collaborates with staff to develop written copy for digital and traditional content.


  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Video editing is strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing skills required
  • Time management skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
