Job Description:

We are actively seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Receptionist. This position would be full-time and the person in this role will be required to be on-site in our Wakefield office. In this role, the Receptionist would be the point person for everything visitors and employees alike seeking assistance while in the office. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented and able to effectively combine creativity with sound judgment. This individual will become a core role within our organization, building relationships with all team members and ensuring that all on-site employees have whatever is needed to be successful and productive for their days on site.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage office operations, which includes greeting and escorting guests, vendors, receiving mail
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls
  • Coordinate and book travel for employees
  • Support scheduling needs for the company, including booking meetings and meeting spaces
  • Maintain kitchen areas (ordering and re-stocking snacks/drinks, coffee machines)
  • Place orders for office supplies and catering as needed
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages; monitor outgoing shipments
  • Act as a general software administrator, maintaining organization of groups and provisioning access
  • Restock PPE throughout the facility

Job Qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience working in an office setting
  • Knowledge of general office practices
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated skill in effective oral and written communication
  • Skill in exercising sound judgment and effective decision making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Comfortable with repetition
