Job Description

This person will be responsible for:

  • working closely with a technology licensee to support successful implementation of a scaled production process
  • working as a member of the product development team to finalize designs suitable for the licensee and bring them to release to manufacture
  • working with a technology licensee and our product development team to negotiate custom design features and make sure that they are implemented in released designs
  • traveling to work on-site at a technology licensee's production facility, travel to Boston facility
  • supporting the debugging of production processes and equipment
  • helping to identify production scale equipment

Experience/Requirements

This person must have experience in:

  • successfully implementing scaled production processes and equipment
  • design for manufacture of small form factor energy storage
  • experience in ultracapacitors or electrolytic capacitors is a strong plus
  • experience in customizing ceramic packaging for product variants is a plus
  • experience with high volume production



We offer a total estimated compensation package of $102k-150k (base salary plus 30% bonus potential paid quarterly based on divisional and company KPIs.) We offer health, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off plus one week for year-end vacation.
