This Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be part of the Manufacturing Team at Nanoramic. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for the execution of manufacturing and Research & Development projects specifically relating to the pilot line. Nanoramic is developing many state of the art technologies and the person in this roll will oversee the manufacturing side of these projects to make sure that the builds are on schedule, resources are properly allocated, and inventory is controlled and planned. The projects will range from low-volume manufacturing to prototype builds. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day activites in the laboratory. This includes uspervision of laboratory personnel, quality assurance, and overseeing the collection and analyzing of lab data.
The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detailed, specialized work is the major focus.
We offer a total estimated compensation package beginning at $69,000 (comprised of a base salary of $69,000 + up to 30% potential bonus based on meeting divisional and company KPIs which is paid out quarterly). We offer health, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off plus one week for year-end vacation.
