We are looking for a Director of Business Development for our rapidly growing FastCAP™ Extreme Environment Ultracapacitors Division.
The focus of this job is to develop markets for our Aerospace and Defense grade Ultracapacitors and Thermal Management Materials.
You can choose to work remote as we are well setup for remote and flexible communication and coordination. You might have to travel up to 50% of your time anyway.

We offer a total estimated compensation package of $141,700 - $191,100 (comprised of a base salary of $109,000 - $147,000 + up to 30% potential bonus based on meeting divisional and company KPIs which is paid out quarterly.) We offer health, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off plus one week for year-end vacation.
