We are looking for a Director of Business Development for our rapidly growing FastCAP™ Extreme Environment Ultracapacitors Division.

The focus of this job is to develop markets for our Aerospace and Defense grade Ultracapacitors and Thermal Management Materials.

You can choose to work remote as we are well setup for remote and flexible communication and coordination. You might have to travel up to 50% of your time anyway.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop Aerospace and Defense markets for our FastCAP extreme environment ultracapacitors
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, including programs that drive penetration of the product in target markets and growth
  • Establish productive, meaningful relationships with partners at all levels
  • Provide insightful market coverage analysis and guide the development team to reach product market fit.


  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; MBA a plus.
  • Solid contacts in the Aerospace and Defense are expected.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Customer focused, action and results oriented with the ability to successfully handle difficult situations to mutually beneficial conclusion
  • Exceptional professional presence, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems along with strong prioritization skills

We offer a total estimated compensation package of $141,700 - $191,100 (comprised of a base salary of $109,000 - $147,000 + up to 30% potential bonus based on meeting divisional and company KPIs which is paid out quarterly.) We offer health, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off plus one week for year-end vacation.
