Job Responsibilities:
- Run Battery Cell Testing data Analysis and Organization and reporting based on EV OEM Customer
- Communicate with EV OEM Customers directly and understand all technical requirements regarding Various Test Protocols
- Report test Results Through the presentation with EV OEM Customers
- Report to VP of R&D Directly about the Technical Presentations including technical data for customer-facing projects
- Travel to EV OEM customer and cell manufacturing/testing Partners in the USA, Canada, and Europe to have technical Engineering support to customer-facing projects
- Run Post Mortem analysis and understand the failure modes with large-format battery cells
- 30 to 40 percent travel based on EV OEM customer Needs/Cell Testing partner Needs
