We are looking for a Director of Business Development for our rapidly growing Nanoramic™ Thermal Interface Materials Division.

Nanoramic™specializes in nano carbon based composites for the electronics industry. Because Nano-carbons have exceptional electrical, thermal and mechanical properties at the nano-scale level, we synthesize and incorporate nano carbons in various materials and transfer these properties at the macroscale level, addressing the needs of several applications in Electronics like Thermal interface Materials, EMI/RFI shielding materials, Electrodes for Supercapacitors and Batteries.

The focus of this job to develop markets for a new generation of Thermal Interface Materials. We are looking for somebody with a deep understanding of Thermal Interface Materials Markets that can guide our R&D team in achieving product market fit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand and manage profitably our Nanoramic™ Thermal Interface Materials sales channels
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, including programs that drive growth, promote loyalty and promote ease of doing business with our sales channels and our clients
  • Own the channel business performance (orders, sales, margin, customer satisfaction, relationship)
  • Establish productive, meaningful relationships with channel partners at all levels, from executive leaders to feet on the street to maximize awareness, mindshare and enthusiasm for selling our products
  • Formalize channel enablement tools, programs, policies and cadence of reviews (business reviews) that
    • help partners growth their businesses,
    • continuously keep channel partners engaged and trained with Nanoramic™ products, programs and tools, and
    • quickly onboard new partners.
  • Provide insightful channel coverage analysis and recommendations. Actively recruit, enable and evaluate prospective channel partners to expand market presence and drive profitable sales growth.
  • Lead development, execution and ongoing enhancement of the channel strategy and program to increase the competence and performance of partners; driving higher levels of sales growth and end user customer satisfaction. This includes policy enforcement, contract management and negotiation.


  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred; MBA is a plus; experience in B2B sales management
  • Advantage if familiar with applications and sales of materials for Electronics like Thermal Interface Materials and EMI/RFI shielding materials
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Customer focused, action and results oriented with the ability to successfully handle difficult situations to mutually beneficial conclusion
  • Exceptional professional presence, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems along with strong prioritization skills

We offer $130,000 a year as Base Salary and a potential for up to 45% of base salary annual bonus based on divisional and company KPI's.
